NexentaStor Community Edition Released

The NexentaStor
project has released Community edition v3.0 of it’s free
storage appliance. The distribution is based on the Nexenta Core
Platform – OpenSolaris kernel combined with Ubuntu userland.

The appliance provides easy management of ZFS powered inline
deduplication, compression, multiple raid configurations and
intuitive web interface. This distribution is now the most advanced
and feature rich storage appliance available at no cost.
