PC World: Software heavyweight moves FrameMaker, Acrobat to open-source operating system.

Publishing software company Adobe Systems will make its
applications available for the Linux operating system.

“Adobe has released a Linux beta version of its Adobe
FrameMaker, and its Adobe Acrobat Distiller software will be
available on Linux in the first quarter of next year, the company
said in a statement this week.”

“The company also has a Linux version of its Adobe Acrobat
Reader software available as a free download from its Web
site.”
