The first company to port top-selling commercial games to the
Linux platform, Loki Entertainment Software will be previewing the
next generation in the Civilization series running on Linux at
Linux World. Games outsell every other category of software.
Bringing a high-quality gaming experience to Linux will support the
desktop growth of this platform.

Activision will release Civilization: Call to Power on the PC
platform this Spring. Loki will follow with the Linux version
within a few weeks. To date, the Civilization series has sold over
2.5 million copies and is considered one of the best selling games
of all time.
