COBT), the market leader in platform-independent Active Server
Pages (ASP), today announced that Chili!Soft ASP 3.5.2 for Linux
and Chili!Soft SpicePack 1.0 for Linux are now available for
purchase. With these two releases, Chili!Soft improves installation
and functionality while extending their LinuxWorld “Best of Show”
product to new Linux distributions and market leading
databases.”

“Chili!Soft ASP 3.5.2 for Linux now supports expanded Linux
distributions, including, RedHat 6.2, SUSE, Mandrake and Slackware.
In addition, the new database support extends the ability to easily
connect to popular databases running either locally or remotely.
Installation has also been improved, providing experienced
administrators with the control that they require while providing
the novice with a bulletproof basic installation.”

“Chili!Soft SpicePack 1.0 for Linux provides ASP developers with
several objects that expand the functionality of Chili!Soft ASP.
The Chili!Soft SpicePack objects include the highly requested
Chili!Mail (for sending mail via SMTP), Chili!POP3 (for receiving
mail via POP3), and Chili!Upload (for uploading files from the
browser) components.”
