“Interface Systems’ (Nasdaq: INTF) Cleo Products Group today
announced that it has added support for the Linux operating system
within Cleo 3780Plus, its leading e-Commerce communications
software.”

“Cleo 3780Plus allows Unix, Windows — and now Linux — users to
exchange data with each other and with mainframe and midrange
systems. Linux is an operating system created by a team of
volunteers that has recently begun gathering widespread corporate
support.

“‘This upgrade expands our company’s reach from the oldest
mainframe to the newest operating system,’ said Donald Redding,
vice president of Cleo. ‘Nothing could better symbolize our support
for business-to-business electronic communications.'”

“Interface Systems’ Legacy-to-Internet (L2i(TM)) technology
enables any Internet application to access and make full use of
information stored on legacy systems.
The company specializes
in Internet bill presentment and payment, as well as electronic
delivery of statements and other legacy content to the Internet,
fax, email, and other destinations. Interface helps its customers
extend the life, the reach, and the value of their existing
information systems.”
