XTERRAgear.com, a well-known online sportswear retailer,
has chosen the newly released LINUX version of WebCatalog from
Smith Micro Software…Internet Solutions Division to create an
online catalog of athletic sportswear.
XTERRAgear…is the on
line catalog of the nationally televised XTERRA Off Road Multisport
series produced by Team Unlimited of Hawaii.”

“WebCatalog allowed the site developers, CyberLive, to focus on
the “interactiveness” of the site rather than the engineering. This
was CyberLive, Inc.’s first use of WebCatalog and the WebDNA
language. “WebCatalog and WebDNA integrated flawlessly with our
graphic interface ideas. WebDNA is the easiest language we have
encountered to produce dynamic content sites,” said web site
developer Jym Duane, president of CyberLive. “We find we can easily
customize the output of the included Store Builder templates into
the desired results,” continued Duane.”
