platform. Linux support for Shadow Direct enables Linux
applications to directly access System/390(R) within interoperable
System/390 and Linux environments.
Shadow Direct with Linux
platform support via JDBC provides the latest in Java-based
application servers with high performance access to all System/390
data and transactional sources.”
