GGV 2.6.2

The “Walter E. Kurtz Approved PostScript Previewer” Release

with fixes for a few bug that were still haunting the 2.6
series:

  • fix double instantiation of ggv during session restoration;
    fixes #147710 (patch by Muktha Narayan),
  • check print command before executing it; fixes #147705 &
    friends
  • properly display documents with pages with different bounding
    boxes,
  • test for /usr/ucb/lpr on Solaris at runtime.

on the i18n front, John C. Barstow has added the mi (what
language exactly is this?) translation and Rostislav Raikov has
updated the Bulgarian one.
