GNet 2.0.3

GNet 2.0.3 includes a minor bug fix in TCP connect.  Some work has
been done on the Windows code too, but it still requires more work.

GNet is a simple network library.  It is written in C,
object-oriented, and built upon GLib (1.2 or 2.0).  It is licensed
under the GNU LGPL.
The GNet homepage is <http://www.gnetlibrary.org>.  The official IRC
channel is #gnet on irc.gnome.org.

* Win32 compile/bug fixes (note: additional work still needed)
