GSwitchIt 2.0.3

Application
===========

GSwitchIt 2.0.3 "St.Petersburg 300"

Description
===========

Xkb state indicator for GNOME panel

Enhancements
============

This major release supports XFree 4.3.0 with its multiple layouts and all
tasty
XKB stuff. Actually, this release was not tested with earlier XFree
versions - so people are highly encouraged to upgrade.

Loads of translations are updated (thanks to GTP).

Fixes
=====

CPU eating, ineffective widget creation

Notes
=====

Bonobo-based preview in xkb capplet is far from being perfect. Please do
not post bugs related to it - it is under heavy construction.

gnome-vfsmm 1.3.1

*** gnome-vfsmm

gnome-vfsmm wraps the gnome-vfs API for C++. It will soon be part of
gnomemm.

*** Changes

1.3.1:

  * Enums wrapped for C++
    (Bryan Forbes)
  * Gnome::Vfs::FileInfo: Fixed some methods, and really throw exceptions.
    (Per Kristian Gjermshus)
  * Fixed build and install problems
    (Bryan Forbes)

*** Stuff

Here are some small examples:
http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/gnomemm/gnome-vfsmm/examples/
(look in the tarball if that does not show 2 examples yet)

The following simple issues remain. _You_ need to help with these:
- Some of the methods in Gnome::Vfs::Uri should probably be in
Gnome::Vfs::Handle
as overloaded static methods.
- The exception class needs to provide details.
- We probably need to close handles (if they are open) in the destructors.
- There is more API to be wrapped.

*** Download

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1161

You will need some other *mm libraries available from the same place.
You will also need the lastest orbitcpp 1.3.x:
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/orbitcpp/
