Summary:  A set of Python bindings
for Qt.
Release Note:  Added a port to Python of the Qt bigtable, lineedits, qmag,
smalltable, tablestatistics and a number of SQL examples; the
ability to extract Python code entered into Qt Designer with pyuic
for Qt 3.x; a number of features to eric, the
debugger, including the ability to debug interactive console
applications, raising the source code window highlighting the
current line, display of the program variables, a full complement
of stepping actions (including step-over and step-out-of), and
conditional breakpoints; the integer constant
PYQT_BUILD reflecting the PyQt build number; and some
missing methods (QDoubleValidator.setBottom(),
QDoubleValidator.setDecimals(),
QDoubleValidator.setTop(),
QFontMetrics.boundingRect(),
QFontMetrics.size(),
QIntValidator.setBottom() and
QIntValidator.setTop(! )). Rewrote the build system
completely (it is now the same on all platforms).
