Reuters: LinuxOne’s 3 mln IPO shares may price at $8.25/shr

“Open source software company LinuxOne Inc. said Thursday that
the 3 million common shares in its initial public offering may be
priced at $8.25 per share, above the anticipated price range of
$6-8 per share.”

“The company, whose products include the LinuxOne operating
system and LinuxLite, which helps convert to Linux from the
competing Windows operating system, said it stands to make more
than $22 million after expenses.”

“Mountain View, Calif.-based LinuxOne plans to use the money for
working capital and other general corporate purposes, including
geographic expansion, according to a filing with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.”
