“Citing evidence sealed in the Microsoft antitrust trial, a
government attorney yesterday accused Compaq Computer of leaking to
Microsoft secret information obtained from a tiny competitor of the
Redmond company.”

“Federal antitrust attorney David Boies made the accusation in
an attempt, he said, to demonstrate Microsoft’s power and dominance
in the computer industry, which makes other companies willing to
violate confidentiality agreements to appease the Redmond software
giant.”
