SGI (NYSE: SGI) is pleased to announce the release of the
open source version of Performance Co-Pilot (PCP), a distributed
performance monitoring and management package.

PCP is available for immediate download from SGI’s open source
server at http://oss.sgi.com/projects/pcp/download
and includes binary and source RPMs for Redhat Linux and gzipped
tar files for other Linux platforms.

The open source release of PCP provides a subset of the features
of SGI’s Performance Co-Pilot products for IRIX (see http://www.sgi.com/software/co-pilot/).
