Bowstreet officially plans to embrace Linux next week,
adding its support for the open source operating system.

“The first release of Bowstreet’s software, which automates the
construction of extranets, was called Web Automation Factory and
supported Sun Solaris and Windows NT operating systems.”

“The second iteration is called Bowstreet Business Web Factory
2.0 and comes in two configurations — a Marketplace edition
available free for up to 10 concurrent users, and the Enterprise
edition for sites needing more, said Tim Dempsey, chief marketing
officer at Bowstreet, based here. The new release will run on Linux
as well as NT and Solaris.”
