“Intel said it plans to include free support for Linux PCs and
servers within its LANDeskManagement Suite for midsize and
enterprise customers.”

“The support will help IT administrators inventory, upgrade, and
control Linux systems in their organizations from the same console
that manages Windows NT and Novell NetWare servers and Windows
desktops, Intel officials said.”

“The functionality will be available as a downloadable patch and
built into the next version of Management Suite, due within nine
