update to its universalscripting language, which it said is the
only scripting language to run on all platforms without
modifications.

“Rebol 2.1 can… be downloaded for free at the company’s
website.”

“Elan Goldman, a programmer for Yavoc, said… in some
instances, he can complete in five lines of Rebol code what would
take 10,000 lines in competing languages.”

“Sassenrath launched Rebol just over a year ago to target
developers using scripting languages such as Perl and Tcl .

“Red Hat Software has bundled the initial version of Rebol with
its Linux 5.2 operating system.”
