“It is a great pleasure announce the first release of
the Imagineos. Imagineos is born from GoblinX Linux following the
same path started more than five years ago. This first version is
based on Slackware 13.1 with more applications and features,
however it is a livecd created by using Linux live scripts with few
modifications. The Imagineos 20100628 X1 uses XFCE as desktop
manager. This is the first public release and even though is based
on Slackware stable it must be consider a beta edition. Thanks for
everyone for making this release possible, including the artists
whose gentily let us use their images as wallpapers, everyone
helping and working on open source applications and every GoblinX
old user.”
