Corel is putting the final touches to its much awaited version
of WordPerfect 8 for Linux and with the news that it will be free
for personal use, we decided to try the latest beta for
ourselves.

With StarOffice 5 for Linux due shortly, the war for winning the
Linux productivity market is hotting up and with both programs set
to be free for personal use, the winner may well, for once, be
decided by the quality of the product.
