market that can barely program themselves out of a paper bag,”
Welch responds. “We need folks that understand threads,
concurrency, and distributed systems. Folks that are fearless and
ready to dive into a large, sophisticated code base. We have all
sorts of interesting problems to solve, and need smart people
capable of diving in and making a difference,” he says.
