“RadiSys Corp. (Nasdaq:RSYS), a leading global designer and
manufacturer of embedded computing solutions used by OEMs in the
telecommunications, automation and other industries, launched a new
CompactPCI(R) (cPCI)-based single board computer — the EPC-3306
system controller.”

“High performance and high availability are just some of the
attributes found in RadiSys’ EPC-3306. Designed for data intensive
telecom/datacomm applications including telco billing systems,
PBXs, media gateway controllers and telco switching systems,
RadiSys’ EPC-3306 system controller features Intel(R)’s Pentium(R)
III 500MHz Low Power Module (LPM) with 256K of on-die L2 cache and
a passive heat sink for processor cooling.”

“Currently available, RadiSys’ latest cPCI solution can be
ordered under the product name EPC-3306. RadiSys’ system
controller is compatible with Linux(TM), Solaris(TM) and
Windows NT(R) embedded operating systems
and comes with a
two-year warranty.”
