Citrix Exits Cloud Server Business

Citrix is starting 2016 by selling its CloudPlatform business unit. Citrix announced on January 11 that it is selling the CloudPlatform and CloudPortal Business Manager product lines to Accelerite, which is a business unit of Persistent Systems. Financial terms of the deal are not being publicly disclosed at this time.
