Docker for Science

Scientists might have a friend in the open source Linux container application Docker. It’s helping scientists reproduce the data analysis of others and help verify their results. Docker is also one of the main tools used in the Agave API platform, a platform-as-a-service solution for hybrid cloud computing. Podcast host Jorge Salazar talks with software developer and researcher Joe Stubbs about using Docker for science.
