“Everybody moans about VMware prices. I mean, they charge $6,000
for the software you need to virtualize a $3,000 server box. Talk
about monopoly pricing. Microsoft and IBM only dream about it,
VMware actually gets to do it. (Well, maybe Oracle kind of does
too, if you’re using something like RAC.)

“But seriously folks, if you were lucky enough to be in VMware’s
shoes, wouldn’t you be doing the exact same thing? Think about
it…”
