Cloud-based voice recognition assistants have grown massively over the past few years with Apples Siri, Amazons Alexa, Microsoft’s Cortana and the open source Mycroft pushing the expansion. Voice Assistants, however, do not seem to have easy access towards the Linux desktop but are possible using SDK.
