The Linux Foundation today officially launched its latest Collaboration Project in the networking space with the debut of the Open Platform for NFV (OPNFV) project. Network Function Virtualization (NFV) has sometimes been confused with Software Defined Networking(SDN), which is an area where the Linux Foundation’s OpenDaylight project exists
