Althoff will share plans for a new product that will offer
customers and partners a faster path to get the most of the world’s
#1 database,” the advisory states.

Hmm.. I wonder..is it Hadoop related? I sure think so.

Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has kinda/sorta hinted at some kind of
Big Data news for months. It’s an area that is definitely real and
growing. It’s also an area that Oracle really needs to be in.
