“MODCOMP Inc… announced the award of a contract with UCAR
International to upgrade their industrial process control computer
system at their graphite specialties manufacturing plant in
Clarksburg, West Virginia. The new process control system will be
used to simultaneously monitor and control temperature and pressure
of gas fired baking furnaces used in the manufacturing process.

enhanced, menu-driven, user- configurable Supervisory Control and
Data Acquisition (SCADA) application
software package suited
for real-time process control, factory automation, and utility
