TrueOS Succeeds PC-BSD Desktop-Friendly Unix OS

On Sept. 1, PC-BSD was re-branded as TrueOS, providing FreeBSD users with an easy-to-use desktop as well as a new release cadence. With TrueOS, the release model is now moving to what is known as a rolling release, with packages constantly being updated as they become available.
