“Oracle Corp., Compaq Computer Corp., IBM and Novell will each
gain a minority stake in Red Hat, the company said Tuesday.”

“These were partners specifically chosen by Red Hat as leaders
in their respective fields to help establish Red Hat as the premier
Internet-based computing platform,” company spokeswoman Melissa
