ConsortiumInfo: The Evolving ODF Environment: Spotlight on KOffice

vendor funding, and the most fully developed of those offerings is
KOffice, an open-source office suite developed by the KDE (K
Development Environment) project, which has been hard at work
developing a free, open desktop environment and development
platform since 1996 that runs on many UNIX variants, including
