Gedit 3.11.3 improves the new user interface that was introduced in this release cycle, finalizes the new API in order to extend the menu from plugins, adapts the plugins to the latest changes, and makes the command-line handling work again.

Furthermore, Gedit 3.11.3 now detects when an Internet connection is not available and warns users when using remote documents, introduces an fpaste utility to the external tools scripts, rewrites the build system with non recursive Makefiles, improves the documentation, fixes various other small bugs, and updates several translations.
