7,552,093 B2) the technology for controlling the use of open source
licensing in a multi-source development process (meaning combined
works, elaborated from multiple free components under different
licenses).

“No need to say that patenting proprietary technology to solve
copyleft licenses incompatibility may not be seen by everyone as a
major achievement!”
