Thanks to Simon Hill
for the tip.
IBM will be offering
six sessions on Linux at the IBM RS/6000
Technical University, a conference which will be held September
13 – 17, 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Linux sessions
include:
- L01 – Installing Red Hat Linux
- L02 – Basic Linux
- L03 – Configuring PPP on Red Hat Linux
- L06 – Linux and Bourne Again Shell Programming
- L07 – Linux Introduction: What is it, who’s using it, and
why? - L08 – Linux for UNIX Professionals
The printed brochure mentions several other sessions:
- Linux TCP/IP Administration
- Linux e-Business With Apache Webserver
- Linux Integration With Windows (Samba)
It’s not clear why these are listed in the brochure, but not on the
website. Let’s hope they are being added rather than dropped.
