Our office deals with libraries in Ligurian territory, and is a branch of Ligurian Regional Administration (a Regional Administration in Italy is something like a state in USA or a Land in BRD). I'm trying to organize a symposium about using Linux in libraries: in such symposium we might talk of arguments such as library products running under Linux, technologies, development systems or any other aspect of the matter. I think that the use of Linux in libraries has not been yet dealt with very much. Would anyone like to join our symposum with his/her own speech ? Feel free to contact me for further information.
