LinuxPR: Exec’s From Dell, HP, Caldera to Deliver Keynotes on Alternatives to Windows at LinuxWorld

“IDG World Expo today announced its line-up of keynote
speakers and feature presentations for LinuxWorld Conference &
Expo, August 14-17, 2000 at the San Jose Convention Center.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo is the premier event for
supporters, investors and enthusiasts of the Linux operating
system. Headlining the San Jose event is Michael Dell, chairman of
the board and chief executive officer, Dell Computer Corp. Dell
will provide insight into the latest innovations for the fastest
growing operating system on the market in his keynote speech,
Tuesday, August 15, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. IDG World Expo CEO and
President, Charlie Greco and Linux creator Linus Torvalds will
present the $25,000 IDG/Linus Torvalds Community Award to an
outstanding member of the open source community.”
