LinuxPR: IndyBox announces dual Xeon XE Series of Linux systems

Today, IndyBox Systems
(based in Indianapolis, Indiana) announced they would be
introducing their Intel Pentium Xeon based systems, the XE Series which start at
$2300.00, with one of the many Linux distributions pre-installed.
i.e., Caldera Open Linux, Debian GNU/Linux, Mandrake Linux, Red Hat
Linux, Slackware Linux, S.u.S.E. Linux, and Red Hat Linux. Their 6U
rack mountable XE version starts at $3100, with a wide array of
hardware options all optimized for Linux.

IndyBox Systems Chief Executive Charles Martin said “with the
recent offerings of cracker-jack Linux boxes by many other
companies, we are offering high-quality solutions at prices lower
than the “white box” prices.
