LinuxPR: TurboLinux Powers China’s Web Site for Sydney Olympics Webcast

announced that China’s largest sports Web site, Shawei.com, hosts
the Sydney 2000 Olympics webcast and all of its other content on a
high availability Internet site built around TurboLinux clustering,
caching, and load balancing software solutions powered by an Oracle
database on Compaq Proliant servers.”

“The Shawei.com Web site is hosted on 10 Compaq Proliant
servers with an Oracle database on the backend running on

Apache Web servers and cache servers.”
