Mandriva bankruptcy decision delayed

“Mandriva’s COO, Jean-Manuel Croset has said that, despite
previously saying that the French Linux distributor would file for
bankruptcy on 16 January, the decision has been put off until 23
January. The reason, given by Croset in a post on the Mandriva
blog, is that a proposal to acquire the company ‘has been submitted
by an external entity’.”
