“Having finally given up on the community to be able to meet my
needs of reliably syncing my Pocket PC (or a Blackberry, for that
matter) with my Ubuntu box, I have decided to look into some open
source server options. Even though projects like Conduit look very
cool, they are still working in the development stages and are
still a ways off.“This realization has brought me to a project that looks very
promising called the Scalix Collaboration Platform. Designed to
give MS Exchange a run for its money, I was impressed with the
described features and the fact that it was using an open source
