“The “Open-Concept” domain-name database at OpenDomains.org has surpassed 4000
domain names within 4 days of going on-line. OpenDomains.org is an open-systems
advocacy site featuring domain name information for Linux, BSD,
Apache, Unix, and other open-concept sites. The database now
contains over 4000 domain names and is growing rapidly. The
database is searchable by several criteria, and domain name owners
can enter their domain name information on-line. This site provides
a place for people to see what domain names are in-use, and what
the sites for those domain names offer.”
