SPEC is replacing their aging SPECweb96 benchmark with a new one
called SPECweb99. SPECweb99 addresses a number of limitations in
the original SPECweb96 benchmark. It should also offer a much more
realistic benchmark that ZDLab’s WebBench benchmark used in
Mindcraft’s controversial NT vs. Linux Study.
