investment from Intel. Now they are demonstrating Linux
products.
“Intel executed the Orchestrate-enabled data warehousing
application on an Intel Pentium® II Xeon(tm) processor-based
four-way server running a Red Hat version of Linux and Oracle 8.05.
Orchestrate allowed the application to take advantage of the speed
of the Pentium II Xeon processors by executing on all four
processors simultaneously.”
