For the past several days, we have attempted to load
www.linux.org only to be notified that the DNS entry does not
exist.
Upon contacting the administrators of Linux Online, we learn
that they have been cut off from their up-stream ISP after their
contract with them expired.
According to Linux Online, they are now in the process of moving
their net connection to a new T1, which should be up “in 2 or 3
days”.
They are currently working to set up a temporary DNS server to
allow the domain name to resolve.
Upon offering our assistance in any matters required, Linux
Online’s response was that they have everything under control, and
will be back on-line as soon as they get the net connection
moved.
