“MontaVista Software, Inc. has announced it has ended its 2002
fiscal year with revenues doubling over 2001, despite the general
economic downturn.

“In 2002, MontaVista captured more than 450 customer design
wins, almost half of which were with Fortune 100 and Global 500
corporations, including Agilent Technologies UK Ltd., Alcatel,
Lucent Technologies, NEC, Nokia, Matsushita (Panasonic), Philips,
Sony, and Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH. The company reported a
