“As a first step, the leading software developer will
encourage existing Windows NT users to migrate their environments
to the Linux operating system from the Microsoft NT

performance in data analysis and some say they need to reboot the
operating system regularly.”

“If Linux is adopted by 50 sites of one partner company per
month, Oracle can expect annual combined sales of hardware and
software services totaling 1 billion yen, the spokesperson said. He
added that the firm hopes to propose Linux business models to such
users.”
