“A Federal government seminar next month on open source
platforms will feature Microsoft prominently despite its status as
chief tormentor of the Linux and open-source software
movements.“The National Office of the Information Economy (NOIE) will

officers from state and federal government departments and agencies
for a one-day seminar on open-source software in the public sector
