“Bluepoint Linux Software Corp. (OTCBB:BLPT) announced today
that it has signed an agreement with Beijing Guoyan Information
Technology Company (Guoyan).”

“According to the agreement, Bluepoint will (1) provide Guoyan
with Bluepoint Linux server edition; (2) configure and optimize
Guoyan’s Linux servers to meet its need; (3) provide Guoyan with
consulting service on information system design, configuration, and
security; (4) provide phone, email and on-site technical support;
(5) provide staff training. Guoyan has began to pay Bluepoint
monthly fee for these services.”

“Bluepoint Linux Software is the developer of the first “true
Chinese” Linux operating system, named Bluepoint. Bluepoint
controls approximately 80 percent of the Chinese Linux bundling
market and is preinstalled by several major computer manufacturers
in China, including Great Wall, TCL , Xiahua Shanbao (TriGem) and
Downing. The company is a leading provider of Linux solutions and
related services in the Chinese market. The company also develops
Linux-based embedded systems.”
