“Software maker Novell announced Monday that Richard Seibt, the
former president of Suse Linux, has resigned. Since Suse was
acquired by Novell in January 2004, Seibt had served as president
of Novell’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
During that time, Novell’s Suse Linux operating system has grown to
become the No. 2 product on the market, outsold only by rival Red
