“The UK Government is to review the impact of Microsoft Corp’s
educational licensing programs in the UK, and consider alternatives
to Microsoft Windows and Office for the UK’s schools and
colleges.

“The review will be carried out by the British Educational
Communications and Technology Agency (Becta) on behalf of the
Department of Education and Skills, and will consider the value for
